Bring your corner of the problem.

Every engagement is led by one accountable technical principal. When a project needs more hands, or a specialty we don't hold in house, we bring in independent specialists from a standing bench. This page is how you get on it.

Who we look for

People who do careful work on messy data and can explain it to a reviewer. Credentials matter less than whether the work holds up.

Epidemiology and biostatistics

Study design, causal inference, survey-weighted analysis, pharmacoepidemiology.

Data engineering and architecture

Pipelines, relational modeling, cloud and on-prem builds for regulated data.

Record linkage and privacy

Entity resolution, privacy-preserving linkage, de-identification, synthetic data.

Applied ML and NLP

Open-weights models, local deployment, extraction from unstructured text, evaluation.

Subject-matter experts

Clinical, pharmacovigilance, public-health programs, education and learning sciences.

Proposal and compliance support

Federal cost volumes, contracts administration, security and data-handling compliance.

How it works

Send a short note

Who you are, what you do, and how you like to work. Two minutes. The button on this page opens an email with the questions already in it.

We keep it on file

When a project or a pursuit matches what you do, we reach out about that specific scope, with the dates and the data in hand.

You decide, each time

You can say no to any scope, and we never put your name in a proposal without your written OK for that proposal.

How to join

Send your CV and a few short answers. We keep them on file and match them against upcoming projects, and when something fits, we reach out about that specific scope. No exclusivity and no fees.

Some federal work involves export-controlled technical data and is limited to U.S. persons. We say so up front on any scope where that applies.

  • Your note stays in our inbox. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't share it.
  • Ask and we delete it.
  • Work is scoped with a named deliverable before anyone starts.
  • Reproducible, documented work is the default on every project.
